Can't cope with cookbooks cookery. Wheatfree not necessarily glutenfree

 This is just a record of the things I have thrown together that have turned out OK

Tonight's effort.

I took the wok and threw in a lump of margarine followed by wheat free breadcrumbs, about one crusts worth, then half a flat chopped mushroom.  Chopped up bacon followed by two or three halved cherry tomatoes and cooked potato 3 new pots in all.  Stirred it all around and put a pork chop in the pan.   When the chop was nearly cooked I dumped a spoonful of cranberry sauce and a grated apple.  Lots of stirring until finally cooked.
Very good combination.
Took about 20mins in all
